1. All terms and conditions covering ”Sun Bingo” apply to this promotion. 2. This promotion will run from 00:01 September 25th 2009 to 23:59 September 27th 2009 inclusive. 3. Sun Bingo will draw one winner for Fiat 500 and one winner for Fiat Panda Eco. 4. During the Promotion Period, existing members can qualify to be entered into each day’s draw by wagering a minimum of £2 on Bingo or £10 on Slots between 00:01 GMT and 23:59 GMT on that day. A wager of at least £2 on Bingo or £10 on Slots on any one day is a “Qualifying Wager”. If an existing member also deposits an amount of £10 or more on the same day as making a Qualifying Wager, then that member will be awarded a second entry in that day’s draw. 5. New players who register, deposit a minimum of £10, and make a Qualifying Wager (ie £2 on Bingo or £10 on Slots), on one of the promotional days, will be awarded 3 draw entries. There is no cash alternative available, the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions 11. This competition is only open to Scottish residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Entertaining Play Ltd, News Promotions Limited (“NPL”) and News International, their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with this competition; including the third-party promotional partners are prohibited from entering this promotion. 12. We reserve the right to request prize winners to confirm their age and identity. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, NGN reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the qualifying entries for that date. 14. It will be the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid UK driving licence, valid insurance and any legally required documentation prior to collecting and driving the vehicle. NPL and Arnold Clark will not release the car to any winner until sufficient insurance coverage has been obtained by that winner. All other costs associated with the use of the vehicle, will be the winners responsibility and NPL or Entertaining Play Ltd will not be liable for any additional costs. 15. By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by NPL (The Sun Bingo or the News of the World Bingo) or any associated or subsidiary company of News International Limited. 16. Sun Bingo reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time and without prior notice. 17. Failure to comply with the site terms and conditions will automatically render your entry to this promotion as void. 18.
